If you wish to have something that is knit or crocheted that is custom made, you (the customer) will need to provide the measurements that I require (and will ask for in a conversation). In general, I try to not label something as small, medium or large. Instead, I will give product dimensions to ensure that the customer is not purchasing something that does not fit.

The more information that a client gives me, the better I am able to accomodate their wishes. If someone tells me "whatever is fine", then that someone may end up with something they hate. Details, details, details. I need them.

If the customer wants something that I do not think I can give to them, I will let them know. I want all of my customers 100% happy with their orders even if that means I lose a commission.

Because of the nature of custom orders, prices will varry and depend on the cost of the items needed to make what the customer wants as well as the time it takes me to make said item(s).

When an item is shipped out, I ensure that it is protected to maintain the quality of the item(s). Some items are less expensive than others to adequately protect in shipping, and the shipping cost reflects that with each item listing.

There is no wholesale availability. All of my soaps, scrubs, etc are done in small batches to ensure quality and freshness of product.
